We offer returns on all Elena di Cuori online purchases,<\/p>\n
Items can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of delivery.<\/p>\n
Please fill out the return form included in the package with the details of your return, specifying whether you would like a refund or a replacement product. Do not forget to include the reason for your return, you can choose from the reasons listed on the form. Make sure the package is shipped with a tracking service or that you are given proof of shipment. All returned products are the responsibility of the customer, until they reach the Elena di cuori warehouse.<\/p>\n

If the product you received is incorrect or damaged, please contact customcare@elenadicuori.com within 14 days of receiving the package with a photo to obtain a refund or replacement. Please do not ship any damaged products before contacting our Customer Service team.<\/p>\n
