items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
If the product you received is incorrect or damaged, please contact email@example.com within 14 days of delivery of the package, attaching a photo to obtain a refund or a replacement product. Please do not ship any damaged products before contacting our Customer Service team.
We ask you to wait 14 days to allow us to receive and process your return.

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU RETURN BY POST OFFICE
Before returning any product to Elena di Cuori, please fill out the return form and insert it in the package that will be sent to us
Remember to indicate if you prefer a change or a refund, NB: the refund will be credited to the card used at the time of payment.

Bring the parcel to your local post office, choose tracked or signed shipment on delivery and make sure you get a proof of shipment.
Items must be returned from the original country of dispatch.
The items must be returned in the original conditions of sale, with the labels still attached.
