Returns/Exchanges

We offer returns on all Elena di Cuori online purchases,

items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Please fill in the return form that you can request by contacting customcare@elenadicuori.com. Do not forget to include the reason for your return, you can choose from the reasons listed on the form. Make sure that the package is shipped with a tracking service or that you are issued with a proof of shipment. All returned products are under the responsibility of the customer, until they reach the warehouse of Elena Di Cuori.

If the product you received is incorrect or damaged, please contact customcare@elenadicuori.com within 14 days of delivery of the package, attaching a photo to obtain a refund or a replacement product. Please do not ship any damaged products before contacting our Customer Service team.

We ask you to wait 14 days to allow us to receive and process your return.

Please note that we do not offer any refund of shipping costs in the event that the customer decides to make a return, total or partial.

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU RETURN BY POST OFFICE

Before returning any product to Elena di Cuori, please fill out the return form and insert it in the package that will be sent to us

Remember to indicate if you prefer a change or a refund, NB: the refund will be credited to the card used at the time of payment.

Do not forget to indicate the reason for the return.

In case of exchange, please clearly specify which product you wish to receive.

Any suggestions are always welcome, do not hesitate to let us know what we can improve.

Bring the parcel to your local post office, choose tracked or signed shipment on delivery and make sure you get a proof of shipment.

Items must be returned from the original country of dispatch.

The items must be returned in the original conditions of sale, with the labels still attached.

Enter the transport document (delivery / delivery note) received with the order in the package. Items must be returned in the original packaging to ensure that they are not damaged in transit.

* We will not accept the return of items that have been damaged, washed, altered or that, in reasonable judgment of Elena di Cuori, have allegedly been used.

Knickers and bodysuits must be tried without they coming into contact with the skin

In order to make a refund or exchange, we must receive the goods in their original condition, so please make sure that the package is securely sealed.

 Extra European customers are responsible for paying import duties and taxes. Elena Di Cuori has no control over these costs and is unable to predict them.

The shipping cost for the return is charged to the customer and will be charged for your new order.
