We offer returns on all Elena di Cuori online purchases,
Items can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of delivery.
Please fill out the return form included in the package with the details of your return, specifying whether you would like a refund or a replacement product. Do not forget to include the reason for your return, you can choose from the reasons listed on the form. Make sure the package is shipped with a tracking service or that you are given proof of shipment. All returned products are the responsibility of the customer, until they reach the Elena di cuori warehouse.
If the product you received is incorrect or damaged, please contact [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the package with a photo to obtain a refund or replacement. Please do not ship any damaged products before contacting our Customer Service team.
We ask that you allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return.

Please note that we do not offer any refund of shipping costs in the event that the customer decides to make a return, either total or partial.

Before returning any product to Elena di Cuori, please fill out the return form contained in the package and include it in the package that will be sent to us:
Remember to indicate whether you prefer an exchange or a refund, NB: the refund will be credited to the card used at the time of payment.
Don't forget to indicate the reason for the return.
In case of exchange, please specify clearly which product you wish to receive.

Take your package to your local post office, choose tracked or signature-only shipping, and make sure you get proof of postage.
Items must be returned from the original shipping country.
Items must be returned in their original saleable condition, with tags still attached.
Include the transport document (delivery/ note) received with the order in the package. Items must be returned in the original packaging to ensure that they are not damaged during shipping.
*Returns will not be accepted for items that have been damaged, washed, altered or which, in Elena di Cuori's reasonable opinion, have presumably been used.
Briefs bras and bodysuits must be tried on without them coming into contact with the skin.
In order to process a refund or exchange, we must receive the goods in their original condition, so please ensure the package is securely sealed.
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
