Before returning any product to Elena di Cuori, please fill out the return form contained in the package and include it in the package that will be sent to us:

Items must be returned from the original shipping country.
Items must be returned in their original saleable condition, with tags still attached.
Include the transport document (delivery/ note) received with the order in the package. Items must be returned in the original packaging to ensure that they are not damaged during shipping.
